Prof. Wei Jiang, Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute, China
Wei Jiang's research currently focuses on the digitalization of power conditioning for renewable energy sources and energy storage systems, as well as the microscopic analysis of electromechanical energy conversion. He is recipient of NSFC project funding and many other government endowed projects. His innovative work has resulted over 40 peer reviewed journal papers, 3 books, 2 US patents and 22 Chinese patents, with 5 commercialized by industrial partners.

Prof. Xiangyu Wang, Southeast University, China
Xiangyu Wang is a Young Tenured Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Automation, Southeast University. He is a core member of the Mechatronic Systems Control Laboratory, Associate Dean of the School of Future Technology, and a recipient of the National Young Talent Program. He received his Ph.D. degree from Southeast University in 2014 and has since been a faculty member at the same university. His research interests include nonsmooth control, disturbance rejection control, and their applications in multi-agent unmanned systems and power electronic systems. He has served as the Principal Investigator for three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and as the Co-Principal Investigator for one NSFC Key Project. Additionally, he has led more than 10 other projects at both national and industrial levels. He has published over 80 papers in domestic and international academic journals, including more than 20 in prestigious journals such as Automatica and IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control (TAC), Automation Science and Engineering (TASE), Industrial Electronics (TIE), and Power Electronics (TPE). He serves as an Associate Editor for the SCI-indexed journals IET Control Theory & Applications (CTA) and International Journal of Micro Air Vehicles (IJMAV). He has authored one monograph and holds more than 20 granted patents in China and internationally. As a key contributor, he has received the First and Second Prizes of the Natural Science Award from the Ministry of Education, a Gold Medal at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, and recognition as one of the Top Ten Scientific and Technological Achievements in the Equipment Manufacturing Sector of Jiangsu Province. He also led the team to receive the Spark Award from Huawei and the Outstanding Academic Paper Award from the Jiangsu Provincial Association for Science and Technology. He has been listed among Stanford University’s World’s Top 2% Scientists. He serves as Secretary General of the Jiangsu Provincial Association of Automation, member of the Jiangsu Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and holds senior memberships in IEEE, the Chinese Association of Automation, and the Chinese Command and Control Society, in addition to serving on several technical committees.
