Prof. Wei Jiang, Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute, China

 

Wei Jiang's  research currently focuses on the digitalization of power conditioning for renewable energy sources and energy storage systems, as well as the microscopic analysis of electromechanical energy conversion. He is recipient of NSFC project funding and many other government endowed projects. His innovative work has resulted over 40 peer reviewed journal papers, 3 books,  2 US patents and 22 Chinese patents, with 5 commercialized by industrial partners.

 

Keynote Speaker 2

 

Prof. Xiangyu Wang, Southeast University, China

 

Xiangyu Wang is a Young Tenured Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Automation, Southeast University. He is a core member of the Mechatronic Systems Control Laboratory, Associate Dean of the School of Future Technology, and a recipient of the National Young Talent Program. He received his Ph.D. degree from Southeast University in 2014 and has since been a faculty member at the same university. His research interests include nonsmooth control, disturbance rejection control, and their applications in multi-agent unmanned systems and power electronic systems. He has served as the Principal Investigator for three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and as the Co-Principal Investigator for one NSFC Key Project. Additionally, he has led more than 10 other projects at both national and industrial levels. He has published over 80 papers in domestic and international academic journals, including more than 20 in prestigious journals such as Automatica and IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control (TAC), Automation Science and Engineering (TASE), Industrial Electronics (TIE), and Power Electronics (TPE). He serves as an Associate Editor for the SCI-indexed journals IET Control Theory & Applications (CTA) and International Journal of Micro Air Vehicles (IJMAV). He has authored one monograph and holds more than 20 granted patents in China and internationally. As a key contributor, he has received the First and Second Prizes of the Natural Science Award from the Ministry of Education, a Gold Medal at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, and recognition as one of the Top Ten Scientific and Technological Achievements in the Equipment Manufacturing Sector of Jiangsu Province. He also led the team to receive the Spark Award from Huawei and the Outstanding Academic Paper Award from the Jiangsu Provincial Association for Science and Technology. He has been listed among Stanford University’s World’s Top 2% Scientists. He serves as Secretary General of the Jiangsu Provincial Association of Automation, member of the Jiangsu Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and holds senior memberships in IEEE, the Chinese Association of Automation, and the Chinese Command and Control Society, in addition to serving on several technical committees.

 

Keynote Speaker 3

 

Assoc. Prof. Jianqiao Zhou, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China

 

Jianqiao Zhou is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a Member of IEEE and a Senior Member of the China Power Supply Society (CPSS).

His research focuses on flexible power conversion technologies and their applications in transmission and distribution networks. He has led more than 10 research projects, including General and Young Scientists Fund projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and open research projects funded by State Key Laboratories. He was selected for the Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Fellowship Program.

Over the past five years, he has published more than 20 SCI-indexed papers as the first or corresponding author, including five ESI Highly Cited Papers. His research achievements have received one IEEE Industrial Electronics Society Outstanding Paper Award and three Best Paper Awards at international conferences. He holds more than 20 granted invention patents in China and abroad, four of which have been successfully commercialized. He has also received one First Prize and three Second Prizes of provincial- or ministerial-level science and technology awards.

 

Keynote Speaker 4

 

Prof. Song Hu, Suzhou University of Technology, China

 

Song Hu (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from Macau University of Science and Technology, Macau, China, in 2018. Then, he joined Suzhou University of Technology, Suzhou, China. From 2020 to 2024, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with Southeast University, Nanjing, China. He was a Visiting Scholar with Macau University of Science and Technology for two years. He is currently a Professor and the Vice Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Suzhou University of Technology. He has co-authored more than 50 journal articles and conference papers. His research interests include power converters, renewable energy, and microgrid.

Lect. Linfeng Sun, Suzhou University of Technology, China

 

Linfeng Sun received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Gunma University, Japan, in 2024. He subsequently served as a Research Fellow with Gunma University. Since 2025, he has been with the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Suzhou University of Technology, China. His research interests include digital control of power electronic converters, microgrids, PMSM drives, and AI-based control methods. He has published over 10 research papers in international journals such as IEEE JESTPE and IEEE Access. He is leading a research project funded by the Natural Science Foundation of the Jiangsu Higher Education Institutions of China. He received the Best Paper Award at I-SEEC&ICTSS 2022.

 

Special Guest 2

 

Lect. Yue Xu, Suzhou University of Technology, China

 

Yue Xu, Lecturer. He received his Ph.D. in Energy and Power Engineering from Shandong University in 2019–2024. Since 2024, he has been working at Suzhou University of Technology, where he is currently a Master's supervisor in Control Engineering. He has published over 20 SCI papers, including 10 JCR Q1 papers in TOP journals such as Energy and Sustainable Cities and Society. He has participated in major projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key R&D Program, the Basic Science Research Program of Jiangsu Higher Education Institutions, the Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the Shandong Provincial Key R&D Program.
